Which charging station is right for my electric car?

What should I consider when purchasing a charging station for my company vehicle?
An integrated MID or legal metrology compliant meter is required, as well as the ability to view and export charging processes (e.g. via an app or a backend system). This usually requires the charging station to be integrated into an existing network (WLAN, LAN). Alternatively, we also offer a limited selection of stations that can be read via Bluetooth or mobile data.

What connection (cable cross-section of the supply line) does my charging station need?
For charging stations with a charging capacity of 11 kW (16 A), a minimum cable cross-section of 2.5 mm² must be observed. For charging stations with a charging capacity of 22 kW (32 A), the required cable cross-section is at least 6 mm². However, the exact cross-section depends on the length of the cable. It is strongly recommended that the installation be checked by an expert. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information, as this can always depend on the individual circumstances.
Does my charging station absolutely need an internet connection (WLAN, LAN, SIM)?
A network connection is required if charging processes are to be controlled or read out, for example for billing the charging processes or creating charging schedules (via app or computer).
Will I be helped with commissioning if necessary?
Our team is very well trained and can help with commissioning the products if required. This is done via remote maintenance.

What can I do if my charging station stops charging?
If your charging station no longer charges the vehicle, first check whether the vehicle is already fully charged.
If not, make sure that the charging process may require authentication via an RFID token or app.
Often, problems with the charging station can be resolved by restarting the station. To do this, disconnect the power supply via the fuse and leave the charging station without power for around 5 minutes. You can then switch the station back on by activating the fuse. Wait until the charging station has fully booted up.

What payment methods are available?
In our online shop we offer you a variety of payment options to make your purchase as convenient and secure as possible. Here we present the available payment methods:
1. PayPal
With PayPal you can pay quickly and securely without having to re-enter your payment details every time you make a purchase. Thanks to buyer protection, you are covered if there are any problems with your order. PayPal is one of the most commonly used payment methods worldwide and offers you the highest level of security and flexibility.
2. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
We accept payments with the most common credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment by credit card is made in real time, so your order can be processed immediately. This payment method is convenient and offers comprehensive protection thanks to the credit card providers' security mechanisms.
3. Apple Pay
For users of Apple devices, we offer the option of paying with Apple Pay . This contactless payment method works via your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch and ensures a high level of security thanks to biometric authentication (Touch ID or Face ID). Payment is quick and secure.
4. Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay quickly and securely using your Android device. Your stored payment information is transmitted in encrypted form when paying, and the payment can be easily processed using your smartphone or smartwatch.
5th EPS
We offer EPS (Electronic Payment Standard) for our Austrian customers. This procedure enables direct bank transfer via your online banking. The payment is confirmed in real time so that your order can be processed immediately. This payment method is particularly secure and straightforward.
6. iDeal
Our Dutch customers can pay with iDeal , a payment method widely used in the Netherlands. You make a direct bank transfer by logging into your online banking and confirming the payment. This method is particularly secure and is processed immediately.
7. Klarna invoice
With Klarna invoice we offer you the option of paying only after you have received your order. This payment method gives you the opportunity to inspect the products before paying the invoice. You usually have 14 days to make the payment.
8. Klarna Pay Now
If you want to pay the amount immediately, you can make a direct bank transfer using Klarna Sofort Pay . Your payment is confirmed in real time and your order can be processed immediately. This option offers security and speed.
9. Shop Pay
With Shop Pay we offer you a particularly fast and secure payment method that stores your payment information and makes future orders easier for you. Shop Pay also enables easy installment payments (if available), so you can pay for larger purchases in several payments. Your data is securely encrypted and the purchase process is significantly accelerated.
My payment was declined, how can I re-deposit it?

Can I purchase tax-free as a company based in the EU?
Yes, please enter the correct UID number and the corresponding company name in the shopping cart.
Unfortunately, tax-free delivery is not possible with direct checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my charging station to be delivered?
The delivery time for your order can be found in the respective product details. If an item is in stock, delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany and Austria we ship free of charge for orders over 99€. You can find more information here .
What is the current status of my order?
If your order has already been shipped, you have already received a shipping notification from us by email with a tracking code so that you can track your delivery precisely.

Which shipping provider ships the products?
We usually ship our products with DPD.
Is it possible to ship the ordered items at a later date?

Returns & Complaints
How long can I return my ordered goods?
You can return your order within 14 days.
All information regarding returns can be found in our cancellation policy.
I want to return my goods. How do I get a return label?
Within 14 days of receipt you have the option to return the goods to us - easy, quick and without risk.
To do so, fill out our online return form and send it off. As soon as we receive the cancellation, you will automatically receive a link by email to create the DPD return label.

I have returned goods, when will I receive my credit/new item?
The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
My charging station is damaged, what can I do next?
No need to worry! Our support team is always available to help you. Regardless of whether it is a problem caused by yourself or a warranty case - we take care of all models that you have purchased from us. Simply contact us using our contact form .
Ideally, you would provide us with the following information:
- invoice or order number
- serial number of the affected charging station
- A description of the damage or misconduct
Please note that manufacturers usually require photos to investigate a warranty case.
